 'Voted-For'
businesses and organisations are those voted
for by visitors to MyHemel.com or their own
websites. Clicking the 'Vote for Us' button (example
left) generates a vote for that business/organisation.
Our voting system tracks the IP address of the
voter, restricting voting to one vote per visit.
1. The order businesses/organisations
are listed within their business category at MyHemel.com
is determined vote numbers (i.e. the most votes
at the top). Although full-listed businesses always
appear above free-listed businesses, regardless
of votes.
2. Annually (on 1st Jan) the overall top
2 voted MyHemel.com-listed businesses/organisations
over the previous year period win 1 years full
listing (worth £49). If a charity, school, church
or library places in the top 2, they win a £49
cash prize instead.
